光合细菌培养肥 (PSB Media)的使用:
光合细菌培养肥的使用 :
包裝: 440g.
1包可制100升光合细菌.
例如容器选用100公斤装的大塑料桶:
1) 培养肥 1包.
2) 接种量(live PSB)为15%.(15公升光合菌种)
3) 85升清洁淡水.

将购得的我们的光合细菌培养肥440克（包装中有一大一小两包，使用时要先将两包中的原料配合才能使用）.

注意事项：水源一定要选择好，含菌量较低的清水。含氯(Chlorine)量较高的自来水应敞口放置两三天或调PH值 8 (偏碱)后使用.

培养成熟标准：以培养液长成深红色为准，这时一般成品的光合菌浓度可达30亿/毫升以上。

利用太阳能培养：这是最简单也是最有效常用的方法，把上述塑料桶放到太阳底下晒即可，最佳温度为30℃—38℃。一般会在4-8天它自然会长成深红色的成品。晚上不用另外增光。如果接种量低于10%，则培育时间将会延长。

PSB Culture Method:

Packing : 400g (including a small packet of “growth powder” inside).

For Culturing 100 liters PSB you need:
1) 1 bag of PSB Media.
2) Live PSB 15% (15 liters live PSB as “seed”)
3) 85 liters clean water.(Do not use pipe water that contain chlorine)

Important:
A) You must mix the small packet of “growth powder” with the PSB Media fist before adding into the 100 liter culturing tank.
B) Try to adjust the water pH above 8 to get better result.
C) Put culture tank under sun light but control water temperature 30℃—38℃.
D) Culture period: 4-8 days.(When solution turned into dark-red colour).
